Account Compliance Coordinator
Elsie Martin is a seasoned legal assistant with decades of experience in small business office management, including banking, collections, and notary services. She has been an asset, using her organizational skills and computer experience to enhance and help the growth of companies.
As 3-D Bail Bonds’ Account Compliance Coordinator, Mrs. Martin provides in-house services that will effectively support keeping our clients and business in compliance with relevant Connecticut bail laws and regulations.
Connecticut native and born and raised in the Tolland area, Elsie is a graduate of the Data Institute of East Hartford, CT with a degree in Computerized Accounting and Software Systems.

Coming to 3-D Bail Bonds, Elsie has vast experience in compliance responsibilities and the Connecticut court system. She has provided services to numerous companies over her extensive career, taking on the multiple roles of manager and even a shop owner in Willington, CT. Her experience in Connecticut courts comes from working at a well-recognized law firm as a legal assistant.
At 3-D Bail Bonds, Elsie hopes to positively influence our clients by providing her services and highly knowledgeable expertise. She is also a licensed Connecticut notary public.
Elsie enjoys attending outdoor summer concerts, hanging out at the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is also an avid motorcycle rider, a grandmother, and loves traveling when she is not working.
