Stephanie Cruz, a Hartford, CT native, has joined 3-D Bail Bonds team! She comes from a successful background in banking, where she took great pleasure in assisting customers with their financial concerns. 

Miss Cruz serves as 3-D Bail Bonds’ Accounts Receivable Supervisor, overseeing the collection of bail bond payments while providing CARE (creating a rememberable experience) for our clients. Going through the process of bail is unexpected and stressful. Stephanie’s goal is to help clients who have current payment plans stay in compliance with Connecticut laws. 

Prior to 3-D Bail Bonds, Stephanie Cruz held a supervisory position in banking for nearly seven years. She is excited to explore the bail bonds industry and develop her career in something completely different from banking. As she graciously shares, “I used to be handing incoming funds, and now I am securing clients don’t default on their payments as Connecticut laws are stern”. 

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor at 3-D Bail Bonds is the point of contact for clients with an existing financed account. The highly trained and specialized financing team understands that bail is an unexpected expense, they are here to help. Their main goal is to be there for you while creating lasting relationships. 

Growing up in the city of Hartford, Stephanie has a deep appreciation for the local culture and heritage of the city, especially for the Hispanic community in the area. Her family is from Barranquitas, Puerto Rico, and she takes extraordinary pride when speaking of her Hispanic background passed from generation to generation. 

Stephanie’s bilingual skills in English and Spanish allows her to comfortably interact with clients in their preferred language. The ability to be fluent in both languages helps her to establish and maintain relationships while preserving professionalism and statuary compliance. Her kind-hearted customer service skills and warm personality make her a great agent to have on your side when using our financial options. 

She is a mother to a one-year-old boy who keeps her busy when she is not working. Her favorite pastime is spending quality time with her son and family. Despite the pandemic and the challenges that life has brought to her, Stephanie is excited to continue her professional growth and development at 3-D Bail Bonds.
